We've listed some of our most commonly asked questions below which may save you having to get in touch with us!

When will I get my delivery?

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days. This is usually much sooner (sometimes within a few hours!) as we work from a huge distribution warehouse in the heart of London.

Who will deliver my order?

We use FedEx to deliver all of our orders. They deliver the following working day after we despatch your order. This means that most orders will be delivered the following working day after being ordered!

How do I place an order?

We've ensured that our website is fun, fast and most importantly, easy to use. Simply browse our range of confectionery, adding products that take your fancy to your basket. Once you're ready to place your order, please visit your basket which is conveniently located in the top right hand corner of every page and follow the checkout instructions. It's that easy!

Can I come and collect from you?

Unfortunately, we don't sell directly from our premises. Our large warehouse is just for storage and allows us to despatch orders as quick as possible. If this changes though, we'll be sure to let you know!

What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

FedEx will always leave a calling card to let you know that they've been and unfortunately missed you. Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a redelivery attempt. Please note that if after 3 days, no contact has been made, FedEx will send the parcel back to us which will incur additional delivery costs.

I'm looking for something that you don't have?

Whilst we try to have everything on our website, we may have missed one or too items that are a little harder to find. Please send us your requests and we'll forward them to our buying team to source and add to our website.
